Children Are Blessings (CAB) is our monthly outreach to kids in our community.  CAB's focus is to bring the gospel in a kid-friendly environment to children between the ages of 4 and 13, one Saturday morning each month from 10:30-noon. 

This is accomplished through various bus routes throughout the community.  We currently have three routes which are operated through our Visitation Pastor, Joslyn Severin, and her trained teams of volunteers who visit the neighborhoods each month, communicating about the upcoming Saturday morning's program to the parents and children. Every family signs permission slips for their child's participation.

The CAB program consists of our junior high CAB, which meets in The Lift Youth room, while the elementary children gather in The Dwelling Place Children's room.  Each area has lots of things for the kids to do, with a Christ centered program that is presented through a variety of means. Black Light Puppets, full costume Characters, Patches the Clown, and numerous other special guests can be enjoyed at CAB on any given month. 

We also have two special outreaches through CAB during the year. The first is our annual Easter Egg hunt one week prior to Easter.  This event provides a great opportunity for kids to get prizes, enjoy a free lunch, and learn about the real meaning of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth.  The second outreach is our Harvest Carnival on October 31st.  We have numerous carnival games kids can play, inflatables to keep them "hoppin", and an exciting program revealing the truth about Halloween.  

We invite anyone and everyone to send your kids to check out CAB! We are committed to watch over your children just like they are ours.  In eight years of CAB services in Greeley, we have never had a child harmed our misplaced.  We spend alot of time, with the latest technology, keeping track of your children, making sure they are safe and blessed.
